Can you provide ad-hoc support?
Yes, you are not tied to a support contract. We can simply come to you or if possible, repair your problem remotely, using remote access. You will then get charged by the hour. No call out fee if in Brighton & Hove.

How much is this going to cost me?

What sort of internet connection do I need?
Our service requires a broadband connection such as ADSL or Cable
Can I use a Mac?
Yes, we can backup macs as well
No. Your data is encrypted to 128-bit standard, the same standard that fuels your internet banking. If we had the time or inclination to view your files all we'd see is gobbledegook. No-one but yourselves can access the server from outside.

I cannot access my voicemail messages, what should I do?
Please email your DDI number and account or company name to support@titantech.co.uk and ask them to reset your passcode to the voicemail system. They will email you back with the new code which you can use to login and listen to your messages.
