If you are an existing customer and wish to restore your files onto a different machine please follow these instruction on how to install the client
- double click on the file to start installation
- follow the instructions in the installation wizard. you should normally use the defaults
- start the program from the NovaNet-Web Backup icon
- on the first time you will get the "Getting started wizard"
- click next
- in server name or ip address type: mybackup.sussexbackup.net and leave the server port on 308
- click next
- click next
- type in your backup user name and your password
- click next
- click next (if you want to, you can choose connect using my phone line but this is not necessary)
- click on the "Test Connection to the Backup Server" button. If you are not successful make sure that you are connected to the internet
- click ok
- click next
- click next
- click next (unless you have a secert key)
- click finish
